Refund policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
How Returns Work
Because we ship from international warehouses, we do not accept physical returns to a local address. Instead, please contact us first at admin@vkhulu.store and our team will assess your case. In many situations, we will offer a full or partial refund without requiring you to ship the item back, saving you time and cost.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund at no cost to you.
Please Note: Due to the international nature of our shipments, delivery may take 7–20 business days. We kindly ask that you wait the full window before raising a missing order concern.

Customer-Caused Issues
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a postal facility. Re-shipment fees may apply in these cases.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. PayPal refunds return directly to your PayPal account. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, contact us at admin@vkhulu.store.
United States Customers
We comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Damaged or significantly misrepresented items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
European Union Customers
EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
